Listing Bonus Promotion

Overview

For a limited time, MarketPay is offering a one-time MarketCash bonus to users who list items on the platform. The bonus amount is based on the listing price at the time the listing goes live.

Bonus Tiers

The bonus tier is determined by the listing price set when the listing is first published. Subsequent price changes do not affect the bonus amount.

Eligibility

• You must have a registered MarketPay account in good standing.
• The listing must be published in a community on MarketPay.
• The bonus is limited to one bonus per listing. Relisting the same item does not qualify for an additional bonus.
• The listing must remain active for at least 24 hours. Listings removed or unlisted within 24 hours of publication may not receive the bonus.
• The listing must be for a genuine, real-world item or service that you own and intend to sell. The following do not qualify and may result in bonus forfeiture and account action:
• Fake, placeholder, or joke listings
• AI-generated items, digital renderings, or items that do not physically exist
• Duplicate listings of the same item
• Junk, trash, or items with no reasonable resale value listed solely to earn the bonus
• Spam or bulk-posted listings

Community Bonus

In addition to the listing bonus, MarketPay offers a $2,000 MarketCash bonus to any user who creates a new community that reaches 100 members during the promotion period.

• The community must be created during the promotion period.
• All 100 members must be real, unique individuals with genuine MarketPay accounts. The following do not count and may result in bonus forfeiture and account action:
• Bulk-created, bot, or automated accounts
• Duplicate or alternate accounts controlled by the same person
• Inactive accounts created solely to inflate membership
• Accounts obtained through incentivized sign-ups outside of MarketPay (e.g., paying people to create accounts)
• The bonus is awarded once per community. Only the community creator receives the bonus.
• MarketPay reserves the right to audit and verify member authenticity before issuing the bonus. Members may be required to have performed at least one action on the platform (listing, purchase, or comment) to count.
• Communities created solely to farm the bonus with no genuine topic or purpose do not qualify.

MarketCash Terms

All MarketCash earned through this promotion is subject to the MarketCash Terms & Conditions. Key points:

• MarketCash is not cash and has no monetary value outside of MarketPay.
• MarketCash cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or converted to real currency.
• MarketCash expires 365 days from the date of issuance.
• MarketCash can only be used toward purchases on MarketPay where the seller accepts it.

Promotion Period

This promotion begins on March 6, 2026 and runs until further notice. MarketPay reserves the right to end, modify, or extend the promotion at any time, with or without notice. Listings published before or after the promotion period do not qualify.

Abuse & Fraud

MarketPay reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or claw back any bonus MarketCash if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a user has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behavior. This includes but is not limited to:

• Creating fake or misleading listings solely to earn the bonus
• Using multiple accounts to earn multiple bonuses
• Artificially inflating listing prices to qualify for higher tiers
• Creating fake accounts to inflate community membership
• Any other activity that violates the spirit of this promotion

Violations may also result in account suspension or termination.

Limitation of Liability

This promotion is provided "as-is." MarketPay makes no guarantees regarding the availability or continuation of this promotion. MarketPay's total liability related to this promotion shall not exceed the MarketCash amount at issue. In no event shall MarketPay be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Michigan.
