Delete your Marketpay account

You can delete your Marketpay account and its data at any time. It takes a few seconds in the app, on the web, iPhone or Android.

In the app

1. Open Marketpay (the app, or app.marketpay.app).
2. Go to More → Account.
3. Tap Delete my account, type DELETE, and tap Delete forever.

By email

If you can’t get into the app, email support@intuzu.com from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Marketpay account” and the name of your market. We confirm and complete the deletion within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account: your name, email address and sign-in.
• Every organization where you are the only member, with all of its markets, vendors and applications, booths, market days, check-ins, announcements and invites.
• Those markets’ public pages, which also leave the markets directory and search sitemaps.

What stays

• Organizations you share with co-organizers stay with them. Your membership is removed, and if you were the only owner, the longest-standing co-organizer becomes the owner.
• Emails already sent to vendors remain in their inboxes.
• Database backups roll off within 35 days, and server logs within about 30 days. Neither is used for anything else in the meantime.

Deletion is permanent. If you want a copy of your vendor list first, export it from Vendors → Export CSV.
