Help with Marketpay

Marketpay is free market management for the people who run farmers markets, craft fairs, flea markets and pop-ups: a public market page, vendor applications, booth assignment, market-day check-in, announcements and reminders. It runs on the web at app.marketpay.app and as an app for iPhone and Android.

Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. Marketpay starts the moment you open it. Add your email in More → Account when you want to sign in from another phone or computer, or to invite a co-organizer.

How do I use Marketpay on a second device?

Add your email on the first device, then open Marketpay on the second one and sign in with the same email. We send a one-time code; there is no password.

A vendor didn’t get their email.

Ask them to check spam for mail from marketpay.app. From the vendor’s page in the app you can copy their private portal link and send it yourself.

How do I take my market page down?

Open the market’s settings and unpublish it. It leaves the public page and the markets directory right away.

How do I get my data out?

Open Vendors and use Export CSV. On a phone this opens the share sheet so you can save the file or email it.

Delete your account

In the app: More → Account → Delete my account, then type DELETE. Everything in organizations where you are the only member is erased immediately. More detail, and how to ask by email if you can’t get into the app, is on the delete your account page.
