Three things that make running a flea market harder than it should be.
Row C has a standing seller in 12 and 13, a maybe in 14, and someone who paid cash for 15 last month. The map is in a binder and the binder is in the truck.

Spaces by row, sellers by default space
Build your lot as rows of spaces (C1 to C40 in one go). Each approved seller gets a default space and shows up there on every date. Walk-ups get added on the spot and put in an open space.

The day roster has a paid box next to each seller. Tick it when you collect. Fees are text on your page ("$25/space/day") and a checkbox in the app; Marketpay does not take payments yet, and does not need to for this.
